This Explicit Consent Approval Text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in order to obtain the Data Subject’s consent for the collection, recording, processing, and storage of personal data by the Worldwide Lawyers Association (WOLAS) within the framework of the provisions set forth in the law.
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, I hereby accept, declare, and undertake that all of my personal data, including my special categories of personal data, provided verbally, in writing, and/or electronically — including any information that identifies or may identify my identity — may be processed by the Worldwide Lawyers Association (WOLAS) for the purposes of candidate selection for the conclusion of an employment contract, the signing and execution of such contract, the provision and planning of health services where applicable, and may be shared with other persons and institutions as required under relevant legislation. I also consent to the processing of my personal data, special categories of personal data, and health data within the scope defined under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and the Protection of Privacy, as detailed below.
Personal data clearly belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person; processed wholly or partially by automated means or as part of a non-automated data recording system; including identity information such as name–surname, Turkish ID number, nationality, mother’s name, father’s name, place of birth, date of birth, blood type, gender, as well as documents such as driver’s license, identity card, passport, tax number, social security number, signature data, etc.
Personal data clearly belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person; processed wholly or partially by automated means or as part of a non-automated data recording system; including contact information such as telephone number, address, e-mail address, fax number, IP address, etc.
Personal data related to records and documents obtained during entry to and presence within a physical location, including camera recordings, fingerprint records, and security checkpoint records.
Photographs and video recordings (excluding those falling under physical location security), and data contained in copies of documents that include personal data.
Special categories of personal data listed in Article 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (e.g., health data including blood type, biometric data, etc.).
Personal data relating to any requests or complaints submitted to the Worldwide Lawyers Association (WOLAS) and their evaluation.
